1.  Initial Consultation

  • Discuss the selling process and the services our team provides as well as answer any questions and concerns you may have Preview property, take notes on selling points, added amenities, etc.
  • Review comparable Eichler sales and furnish preliminary market analysis
  • Set up a timeline according to your needs, discuss your availability, vendors, etc.
  • Discuss commissions, pricing, and costs involved in the sale
  • Set up the next appointment for vendors to provide bids if needed
  • Sign the listing agreement and open escrow

2.  Preparing your Eichler or Mid-Century Modern Home for sale

  • Decide what furniture, or items need to stay for “Staging” Provide the seller with a list of home detailing resources
  • Make sure your Eichler is clean and ready for inspections
  • Once bids from vendors are received, discuss each improvement and choose vendors
  • Install secure key box for all vendors, seller to provide two sets of keys
  • Vendors are to be put on the schedule and added to the timeline
  • Order termite, radiant heat, and property inspections, roof, and chimney, if needed
  • Order and sign all necessary disclosures
  • Cleaners to give the property a sparkling clean appearance including all windows
  • Stage property utilizing our Eichler designer/stager along with all of our Eichler resources
  • Professional Photography, walking tours and virtual tours
  • Discuss and analyze market competition, decide on strategic pricing strategy

3. List Property

  • Install sign, brochures, & electronic key safe (Realtor access only)Prepare home for Brokers Tour
